Web purchases through Paddle
Paddle is the Merchant of Record for Momentum Grids web subscriptions. Paddle’s Refund Policy and applicable consumer-protection laws apply to purchases made through Paddle.
Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel renewal through the Paddle billing portal linked from Momentum Grids or from your Paddle purchase email. Unless Paddle or applicable law states otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and paid access continues until the end of the already-paid period.
Requesting a refund
For a refund request, use the refund or support link in your Paddle receipt, the Paddle billing portal, or Paddle support. If Momentum Grids has a persistent technical issue that prevents you from using a paid feature, contact us first at support@momentumgrids.com so we can help resolve it.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Paddle will show the relevant purchase and renewal information before payment is confirmed.
